ADAPTER IS MADE OF 6061 T6 ALUMINUM, FLAT BLACK ANODIZED

BUFFER TUBE MADE BY KAK INDUSTRIES SPECIFICALLY FOR FITMENT OF AN AFTERMARKET ARM BRACE

THREADS ON ADAPTER (1-3/16x16) ARE STANDARD TO ACCEPT ALL AR-15 BUFFER TUBES/RECEIVER EXTENSIONS

IF USING A BUFFER TUBE OTHER THAN THE SUPPLIED KAK INDUSTRIES TUBE THERE ARE TWO THREADED ALIGNMENT HOLES (10x32 THREAD) FOR TUBES THAT USE A NOTCH FOR INDEXING. A 3/16 HALF DOG SOCKET SET SCREW WOULD BE USED FOR PROPER INDEXING.

GUNSMITH INSTALLATION IS RECOMMENDED

**** Does NOT come with SET SCREWS!!!!! **** You don't need them anyways because: on most AR buffer tubes there is a notch going through the threads at the 6 o'clock position which lines up with a tab on the end plate for an AR, the screws are meant to line up with this notch to keep the buffer tube from turning on the scorpion adapter, however the tube that comes with it doesn't have that notch so you can just crank it down tight, the screws are only necessary if you are using a traditional AR/M4 buffer tube and not the one that comes with the kit
